Location Overview

The Proposed Project site is situated in Palsi near Morgiri village in Patan Taluka, Satara Dist, and Maharashtra State. Satara is located in the western part of Maharashtra. The Sahyadri range, or main range of the Western Ghats, runs north and south along the western edge of the district, the whole of Satara district falls within the Deccan area.
The proposed project location is South West of Patan and can be approached by State Highway which connects Karad and Chiplun as shown in Figure 1. The nearest airport is Pune, approximately 180 kms from proposed site respectively
The group has acquired 250 acres of Land that is situated near Morgiri village in Patan Taluka, Satara Dist, Maharashtra State. The proposed site is in the vicinity of Palsi Met Mast (MNRE/CWET/ MEDA declared Windy site No. 22 in Maharashtra.
